legendary combo signatures (and legendary combo cuts)

this post covers the legendary combo signatures cards in the set.  there are five of these, all numbered to 10. i've only ever seen two come up in auction, but i haven't really been keeping a close eye out.  still, they are pretty rare, especially these days fourteen years after the cards were released.

each card features a photo and autograph of five different players with a common theme - mvp awards, cy young awards, 3000 hits, or notable world series appearances.  below is the list of the cards on the checklist, along with images of the only two three cards i've come across.

lc-nl - ernie banks / joe morgan / johnny bench / mike schmidt / orlando cepeda (national league mvp's)

lc-al - brooks robinson / carl yastrzemski / frank robinson / harmon killebrew / robin yount (american league mvp's)

lc-cy - bob gibson / denny mclain / jim palmer / steve carlton / tom seaver (cy young award winners)

lc-ws - bill buckner / carlton fisk / joe carter / kirby puckett / kirk gibson (world series)

lc-hc - al kaline / cal ripken / lou brock / paul molitor / wade boggs (3000 hit club)

the only other cards in the set that have not yet been addressed are the legendary combo cuts signature cards.  those are 1/1 cards that feature five pairs of impressive cut signatures:

cc-wr - george washington / babe ruth

cc-dm - joe dimaggio / mickey mantle

cc-lr - abraham lincoln / jackie robinson

cc-rw - franklin d roosevelt / ted williams

cc-kj - john f kennedy / thomas jefferson

that's a pretty impressive way to wrap up this set.  i know it took a long time to get through all of the teams and other cards, but i've enjoyed going through this set. thanks for following along.
